Getting Started

So how do you get your house green-cleaned? Call us!

We will chat with you about your home and what your requirements are.

  1. On a budget?  No problem!  We can work with you to get your cleaning needs met!
  2. Next we will make a brief appointment with you so we can see your home and determine how best to take care of you and go over any special concerns or questions you may have.
  3. We schedule your first cleaning!  This one usually takes a little longer to for us to do as we scrub you down and get you shiny green clean!  Follow up visits won’t take as long as the first and this will usually determine your cost so that budgeting is easy.

Some things that can also be included in your cleaning day:

  • Windows interior/exterior (restrictions do apply)
  • Changing of bed linens
  • Refrigerator clean out
  • If you don’t see what you need done, ask us!

Need to know…

  • Payment is expected on date of service unless prior arrangements have been approved.
  • A valid credit/debit card is required to be kept on file before service can begin
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
  • Lockouts and client “no shows” may result in a trip a $30 fee
  • We reserve the right to decline work based on premise conditions and/or unreasonable expectations.
  • We reserve the right to work in safe, humane, unprejudiced conditions.  If I feel there is unlawful activity going on, I will alert the authorities.
  • Please respect our time.  We may have another client waiting.  If you ask for “extra” work, you will be charged if it takes longer than the allotted time.   If you need additional services, please call in advance so that time may be scheduled accordingly.
