About Us

Maid It! is home grown by native Amy Willard.  Fed up with casino work, she decided to resume self-employment at the peak of the recession while living in Cripple Creek.  A cancer diagnosis in 2009 required her and her daughter to relocate back to Colorado Springs and her childhood roots.  In 2011 with a 3rd cancer diagnosis, she took a leap of faith to grow that which had sustained her family by hiring out for help. What started as a few homes a week, has been built to well over 100, and growing rapidly, and by referral only.

Move in/out Deep Cleaning

  • All cabinets/closets/drawers wipe out interior/exterior
  • All kitchen appliances (except washer/dryer interior) cleaned interior/exterior
  • Baseboards
  • Ceiling fans (within reach of a 6’ ladder)
  • Light fixtures
  • Carpet edging
  • Interior windows*/tracks/sills

In, out, around, above, and below.  We get the nooks and crannies.

*Restrictions can and do apply.  Each property has unique attributes and may limit our accessibility.  Budgetary and/or time constraints also affect the end results.



This is the routine housecleaning chores that we all do for our homes…except we’re doing it for you!  Normally includes cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.  We can also change out your sheets and straighten up a little.  This is can be customized to meet your specifications.  If you would like us to do something, ASK! (we do have some restrictions)

We also service AirBnB and VRBO type vacation rental cleanings.  Service includes stripping and remaking all beds, restocking supplies, and cleaning to make the property ready for the next guest.  Optional sheet and towel laundry service is also available.  Please see our *Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions* for full disclosures.

How do I get started? Call us!

  1. We will chat with you about your home and what your requirements are.
  2. On a budget? We can work with most budgets, but restrictions do apply.
  3. Next, we will make a brief appointment to meet you and see your home.* You tell us about how best to take care of you and go over any special concerns or questions you may have.
  4. We schedule your first cleaning!  This one usually takes longer to for us to do as we scrub you down and get you shiny green clean!  Follow up visits won’t take as long and this will usually determine your cost so that budgeting is easy.

*We don’t give “online quotes”. We require a site inspection prior to any service work.

Closed Sat, Sun, Thanksgiving Weekend (Th-Sun), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  • We reserve the right to work in safe, humane, unprejudiced conditions. 
  • A valid and current credit card will be kept on file
  • All homes are by appointment only and a 48-hour cancellation policy will apply
  • Payment is required on date of service. Other payment arrangements require prior approval through management.
  • All employees are drug screened, background checked, legal to work in the U.S., bonded, and insured.
  • Liability Insurance Policy is available upon request
